Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) sent to:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or specification by the customer, or clearly personalized.
(e.g. commissioned artworks / custom-made pieces) -
Goods made to order or produced individually upon purchase.
(e.g. print-on-demand products)
Additional Information on Artworks
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the artistic process and do not constitute defects.
